Saltwater Compact Systems
CEKA SWCS Series is an "All-in-One" filtration solution specially developed for marine life and saltwater applications.
The integrated Protein Skimmer unit effectively removes organic matter and proteins from the water. The mechanical drum filter screens solid waste, while the biological reactor provides ammonia removal.

Freshwater Compact Systems
CEKA FWCS Series is a compact water conditioning system optimized for trout and other freshwater fish farming.
In this model, a Bubble System is integrated instead of a Protein Skimmer. This increases the oxygen level in the water while removing harmful gases.

Rotary Drum Filters (CKDRM)
CEKA Drum Filters are mechanical filtration systems that most effectively separate solid particles in water at micron levels (20-100µ).
Thanks to the fully automatic control panel, sensors detect the water level and clean the filter screens with automatic backwash. This ensures continuous system operation and maximum water quality at all times.
Screen micron selection is determined by fish species and feeding intensity.

Polyethylene Sand Filters
CEKA BSF Series are high-efficiency mechanical filtration systems that remove suspended solids (TSS) and sediments from water by passing them through layers of natural quartz sand.
Thanks to its corrosion-resistant thermoplastic structure, it can be safely used in saltwater and aggressive chemical environments. Backwash and rinsing operations are easily performed with the user-friendly multi-port valve system. It is generally used as a support after drum or cartridge filtration.

Ultraviolet Sterilization Technology
CEKA UV Disinfection Systems provide microbiological treatment of water without the use of chemicals. UV-C rays at 254 nm wavelength disrupt the DNA structure of bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms, rendering them ineffective.
Produced with corrosion-resistant Polypropylene (PP) or high-pressure resistant AISI 304 / 316 Stainless Steel body options. Safely used in drinking water, process water, wastewater and aquaculture facilities.
Our systems are designed to provide optimum dosage and contact time. Optionally, they can be integrated with a density sensor and automation panel.

CEKA MBBR provides a high surface area 800–1200 m²/m³ thanks to the use of special biomedia. It does not clog with moving bed technology.
CEKA Biotower are tower-type filters that provide aeration by dripping water from a height. Ideal for CO2 removal and oxygen saturation.
BIOFOX-05, with its special formulation and geometry, provides rapid biofilm formation within 5-15 days.

Industrial Gas and Odor Removal
CEKA Activated Carbon Filters are high-efficiency systems used for the removal of harmful gases, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and unpleasant odors in industrial facilities.
They are produced in Pipe Type (Cylindrical) or Cassette Modular structures according to need. Thanks to activated carbon granules with a high surface area, they provide maximum adsorption and filtration. The body material for corrosive gases is selected according to project requirements.

Drum filters are the most efficient mechanical filtration method that automatically removes solid particles in water up to 20 microns. Thanks to its self-cleaning structure, it reduces labor costs and keeps water quality consistently high. It is the heart of RAS systems.
Protein Skimmer (PS) is necessary to remove fine particles and dissolved organic matter from water, especially in saltwater systems and freshwater tanks with high organic load. It also supports aquatic life by increasing oxygen in the water.
UV (Ultraviolet) is safe and effective for standard pathogen disinfection. Ozone is a much stronger oxidant; it not only provides disinfection but also clarifies water, removes odors, and aids in nitrite/ammonia removal. In high-intensity facilities, both (Ozone + UV) are often used together.
Biological filter volume is calculated based on fish species, daily feeding amount (kg feed/day) and the surface area of the biomedia used (m²/m³). Insufficient biological volume can lead to ammonia and nitrite spikes, causing fish losses.

High Temperature and Chemical Resistance
CEKA Polypropylene (PP) Tanks are safely used in demanding industrial processes thanks to their high chemical resistance and temperature resistance. They are especially preferred in acid storage, plating baths and treatment plants.
Our tanks, which are cut with a special CNC Router in the workshop environment and joined with extrusion welding within CEKA, offer a leak-proof guarantee. They can be manufactured with conical bottoms, coiled or with mixers according to need.

CEKA Polyethylene (HDPE) Tanks are manufactured from high-density polyethylene sheets, and are safely used for storing water, food products and many chemicals due to their food safety compliance and high impact resistance. Their UV stabilized structure ensures long life in outdoor conditions.
Our tanks, which are cut with a special CNC Router in the workshop environment and joined with extrusion welding within CEKA, ensure leak-proofness and hygiene. Thanks to their smooth inner surface, they do not retain sediment and are easy to clean.

CEKA thermoplastic tanks are produced using microprocessor controlled extrusion welding technology instead of manual hand welding.
This method ensures that plastic sheets are molecularly bonded together, providing 100% leak-proofness and body integrity. Welding strength can reach up to 95% of the base material strength, offering long-lasting use.
All our tanks are designed according to DVS 2205 (German Thermoplastic Tank Manufacturing Standard) norms. Optimum wall thickness is determined according to liquid density, operating temperature and tank height, eliminating the risk of deformation and bulging.

Closed-Circuit Protection for Vacuum Systems
To maintain the performance and extend the life of vacuum pumps, stable operating temperature is vital. The use of mains water or open tower systems can lead to scaling, corrosion and blockages within the pump over time, resulting in loss of efficiency.

In our modern facility in Tuzla Organized Industrial Zone, we carry out production in international standards with our advanced technology CNC machine park and expert engineering staff. With an annual 100+ tons of thermoplastic processing capacity, we are your industrial solution partner for both domestic and international projects.
We use automatic butt welding (Butt Fusion) and extrusion
technologies in thermoplastic tank manufacturing. This ensures 100% leak-proofness and body
integrity without disturbing the material's molecular structure.
With our CNC Router cutting technology, we produce tanks up to 50m³ capacity with mm
precision, in accordance with DVS 2205 and EN 12573 standards.
We produce precision filtration equipment, pressure vessels and chassis from AISI 304/316L stainless steel using TIG/Argon welding. Acid passivation and electro-polishing are applied for maximum corrosion resistance.
Every project is 3D modeled in SolidWorks/AutoCAD before manufacturing. Designs are validated with static load analysis and fluid simulations (CFD) to minimize potential errors.
