CEKA Industrial, in its modern production facility in Istanbul Tuzla Organized Industrial Zone; is a solution center that produces high-engineering tanks, filtration systems and process equipment from polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and stainless steel materials.

Polyethylene Sand Filters

CEKA BSF Series are high-efficiency mechanical filtration systems that remove suspended solids (TSS) and sediments from water by passing them through layers of natural quartz sand.

Thanks to its corrosion-resistant thermoplastic structure, it can be safely used in saltwater and aggressive chemical environments. Backwash and rinsing operations are easily performed with the user-friendly multi-port valve system. It is generally used as a support after drum or cartridge filtration.

Ultraviolet Sterilization Technology

CEKA UV Disinfection Systems provide microbiological treatment of water without the use of chemicals. UV-C rays at 254 nm wavelength disrupt the DNA structure of bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms, rendering them ineffective.

Produced with corrosion-resistant Polypropylene (PP) or high-pressure resistant AISI 304 / 316 Stainless Steel body options. Safely used in drinking water, process water, wastewater and aquaculture facilities.

Our systems are designed to provide optimum dosage and contact time. Optionally, they can be integrated with a density sensor and automation panel.

Why Drum Filter?

Drum filters are the most efficient mechanical filtration method that automatically removes solid particles in water up to 20 microns. Thanks to its self-cleaning structure, it reduces labor costs and keeps water quality consistently high. It is the heart of RAS systems.

When is a Skimmer Necessary?

Protein Skimmer (PS) is necessary to remove fine particles and dissolved organic matter from water, especially in saltwater systems and freshwater tanks with high organic load. It also supports aquatic life by increasing oxygen in the water.

UV or Ozone?

UV (Ultraviolet) is safe and effective for standard pathogen disinfection. Ozone is a much stronger oxidant; it not only provides disinfection but also clarifies water, removes odors, and aids in nitrite/ammonia removal. In high-intensity facilities, both (Ozone + UV) are often used together.

How to Choose Biological Volume?

Biological filter volume is calculated based on fish species, daily feeding amount (kg feed/day) and the surface area of the biomedia used (m²/m³). Insufficient biological volume can lead to ammonia and nitrite spikes, causing fish losses.

CEKA Polypropylene (PP) Tanks are safely used in demanding industrial processes thanks to their high chemical resistance and temperature resistance. They are especially preferred in acid storage, plating baths and treatment plants.

Our tanks, which are cut with a special CNC Router in the workshop environment and joined with extrusion welding within CEKA, offer a leak-proof guarantee. They can be manufactured with conical bottoms, coiled or with mixers according to need.

CEKA thermoplastic tanks are produced using microprocessor controlled extrusion welding technology instead of manual hand welding.

This method ensures that plastic sheets are molecularly bonded together, providing 100% leak-proofness and body integrity. Welding strength can reach up to 95% of the base material strength, offering long-lasting use.

In our modern facility in Tuzla Organized Industrial Zone, we carry out production in international standards with our advanced technology CNC machine park and expert engineering staff. With an annual 100+ tons of thermoplastic processing capacity, we are your industrial solution partner for both domestic and international projects.

Thermoplastic

PP / PE Tank & Equipment Manufacturing

We use automatic butt welding (Butt Fusion) and extrusion technologies in thermoplastic tank manufacturing. This ensures 100% leak-proofness and body integrity without disturbing the material's molecular structure.

With our CNC Router cutting technology, we produce tanks up to 50m³ capacity with mm precision, in accordance with DVS 2205 and EN 12573 standards.

Metal Processing

Stainless Steel & Metal Manufacturing

We produce precision filtration equipment, pressure vessels and chassis from AISI 304/316L stainless steel using TIG/Argon welding. Acid passivation and electro-polishing are applied for maximum corrosion resistance.

Engineering

Project Design & Simulation

Every project is 3D modeled in SolidWorks/AutoCAD before manufacturing. Designs are validated with static load analysis and fluid simulations (CFD) to minimize potential errors.
